Keropok Lekor Terengganu

Hoy hoy hoy
bangun ke laut eeh…
takat ikang di Kuala Kemamang
Petang-petang wat kerpok gete

Ramai orang, atah gere
Main dam dua tiga papang
Dok sedor sampai ke malang
Kedai payang jual budu belacang
Batek tembaga dan macang-macang


Hihihihihi, kalau dengar lagu ni selalu nak tergelak. Teringat kisah masa budak-budak dulu. Masa kecil-kecil dulu (sekolah rendah) selalu tolong nenek dan umi saya buat keropok lekor, orang Terengganu panggil kepok gete. Masa ini saya selalu mengelat untuk siang ikan. Yang selalu menjadi mangsa ialah kakak saya.


Bila dah ngelat siang ikan, jadi saya pun tolonglah untuk tumbuk isi ikan itu. Dulu guna lesung kayu yang besar. Dan alu lesung tu pun kayu besar jugak, kiranya naik muscle lah kalau menumbuk. Tapi seronok, tukar-tukar oranglah. Kalau saya sorang yang tumbuk, of course dah jadi malek Noor sekarang ni. ehehehehehehe


Ah, banyak pulak merapunya. Kalau cerita zaman budak-budak sentiasa tak habiskan? Okeylah, sebenarnya saya nak berkongsi resepi membuat keropok lekor Terengganu. Malulah pulok kalu orang ganu dok reti nok wat kepok ni :P


Jom tengok resepinya. Mudah je tau. Dan paling best sedap sebab rasa ikannya, bukan rasa tepung yang selalu kita beli tu :)


Bahan-bahannya
12 ekor ikan kembong (kalau nak guna ikan selayang pun ok)
½ cawan tepung sagu
Garam secukup rasa

Cara-cara membuatnya
1. Bersihkan ikan buang kulit dan ambil isinya sahaja.
2. Masukkan isi ikan tadi dan blend sehingga lumat atau hancur.
3. Kemudian, masukkan isi ikan yang telah diblend itu ke dalam besen dan campurkan garam serta tepung sagu.
4. Uli sehingga semua bahan tersebut sebati.
5. Selepas itu, ambil sedikit adunan tadi gentelkannya secara memanjang.
6. Dalam periuk, rebus air sehingga mendidih. Kemudian masukkan keropok yang telah digentel tadi. 7. Bila keropok timbul menandakan bahawa ia telah masak dan bolehlah ditutup api.
8. Angkat keropok tadi dan toskan.


* Sila abaikan size keropok lekor saya yang kecil besar panjang pendek itu. huahuahua

*Kalau orang Terengganu memang dah biasa makan keropok rebus ni. Kalau orang luar mereka kurang gemar sebab ada yang kata macam mentah lagi. tapi anak dan suami saya makan je. Dah kahwin dengan orang ganu kan? Hihihihi. Jadi kalau nak makan gini terus pun boleh, nak goreng dulu pun boleh. terpulang pada selera masing-masing.

Haaa, mudahkan? Selamat mencuba :)
